Looking for arts and culture events in Raleigh this summer? The Sertoma Arts Center is hosting a stunning July–August exhibit that highlights local creativity and offers a perfect indoor activity in the Triangle.

Running from June 29 through August 27, 2025, the exhibit features a diverse group of artists from the Raleigh and Wake County area. Whether you're passionate about painting, mixed media, or student showcases, this exhibit is a must-see for art lovers and supporters of North Carolina’s creative community.


Featured Artists and Works


Hall Gallery – "Structure & Light" by Kenneth Eugene Peters


Explore architectural forms brought to life with light and shadow. These works celebrate the intersection of geometry and emotion.


Raleigh Room – "Transcendent Expressions" by Cheryl McCardle


McCardle’s mixed media oil and cold wax pieces invite you into a layered, textured world that reflects aging, transformation, and personal evolution.


Lobby Display


View inspiring works from Alexandra Zuckerman, along with select pieces created by students of Steve Karloski and Tim Cherry.


A closing reception will be held on Saturday, August 23 from 2 to 4 PM, where visitors can meet the artists and learn about their creative processes.

Admission: Free and open to the public

Hours:

Monday to Thursday: 9 AM – 10 PM

Friday: 9 AM – 1 PM

Saturday: 10 AM – 5 PM

Sunday: 12 PM – 5 PM

Note: Gallery access may vary due to classes or studio rentals. Plan ahead if visiting during peak hours.
