At LPT Realty, agents can keep up to 100% of their commissions, depending on the compensation plan they choose.

The brokerage offers two flexible models:

100% Commission Model

Agents keep 100% of their commission on every transaction.
There’s a $500 transaction fee per closing, which is capped annually at $5,000.

Revenue Share Plan

Agents can opt for a more traditional split (e.g., 80/20) with a $15,000 annual cap.
This plan allows agents to participate in LPT Realty’s revenue share program, earning passive income by attracting other agents to the brokerage.

With no monthly fees and a structure designed to maximize agent success, LPT Realty ensures agents retain more of their earnings while benefiting from cutting-edge tools, free marketing resources, and robust training. This flexible model empowers agents to grow their business on their own terms!

Agents at LPT Realty can participate in a revenue share program that allows them to earn passive income from the sales activity of the productive agents they sponsor into the company. The revenue share is paid directly by LPT Realty and does not reduce agent commissions, ensuring agents maximize their earnings while building long-term financial stability.
